Visit of Representatives of the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries of Tanzania in Tengeru.

Today (28.09.2024) we had the pleasure of hosting at the LITA Campus in Tengeru a delegation from the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries of the United Republic of Tanzania, led by the Permanent Secretary for Livestock and Fisheries, Prof. Riziki Silas Shemdoe, accompanied by the Chief Executive Officer of all Tanzanian LITAs, Dr. Pius Mwambene. The guests visited with interest the places where project activities are carried out by the Science for Development Foundation as part of the Polish Aid project: irrigated meadow crops, which are a reservoir of feed for farm animals, modernized buildings of the barn, milking parlor and milk processing plant. The meeting was an opportunity to present to the Authorities of the Ministry, to which all LITAs in Tanzania are subordinated, the progress in the implementation of the project and further activities planned in the next two years. We were pleased to hear the words of appreciation for our work in Tengeru.
