MISSION

The goals of the Foundation Science for Development include the use of the achievements of science in social, cultural and economic development, performance of scientific research, dissemination and promotion of the achievements of science and knowledge, operation of public benefit tasks in the field of educating the society and providing humanitarian and development aid, implementation of the results of studies and scientific research, as well as environmental protection. The Foundation achieves its goals by: collecting, analyzing and using information on the needs and methods of implementing development aid, conducting scientific research and presenting its results, including public opinion polls, conducting training, consulting and advisory activities, carrying out scientific, social and development aid projects and serving global development education, conducting activities supporting the development of civil society, advocating the interests of socially marginalized groups and acting for their benefits, educational and publishing activities, organizing and participating in events and campaigns of information, promotion and exchange of knowledge and experience, organizing fundraising and material, activities for the protection of the natural environment, cooperation with scientific and educational institutions, local authorities, government and non-governmental organizations in the scope specified as the objectives of Foundation activities.
